Training exercise

## Wow

* No links were broken after we changes Pet to Pets.
* Adding redirects with a pattern was easy.
* We edited the same line at the same time (I fixed a typo in realtime).


## Could improve

* The global search is slow
* After merging a PR and returning to the editor, I still see the Open pull request button until I manually reload the page
* No feedback after clicking replace all. It can also be clicked multiple times and the search results do not update until all of the requests for replace have completed.
