- A file can't be opened after dragging and dropping it to the root of the project.
- Some buttons and icons have missing tooltips.
- It's not obvious how to navigate to the invite people section from the project pages.
- There is no indication that the file is saved.
- After adding a
styles.cssfile, WYSIWYG didn't apply styles without a restart. - It's hard to understand what was changed on the visual review. It would be great to have some highlighting there.
- It's impossible to leave a comment on the visual review related to a specific block.
- The project sidebar is not rendering in the WYSIWYG pane.
- There is no option to close notifications that overlay interface elements (if you click on the notification, it stays even longer).
- It's confusing that a created PR title is the first commit message.
- Editor/WYISWYG/PRs are much slover than local env.
- Sometimes users lose their changes.
Our recomandation is to buy, because the features which we need are implemented in the product and it's easy to setup them:
- SSO and RBAC
- i18n
- API catalog
- Adding guides and landing age
It means that we need to choose Realm product with an Enterprise plan.
However, there are dozen issues which we recommend Redocly to fix to improve our experience. But without it, we can reach our goals:
- It's super easy to setup the project from scretch and go live with it. The content creation is clear, the live preview gives us ability to see the result immediatelly, so we can adjust everything in 1 second.
- The publish flow is also quick and intuitive, there is no need to know any technical things like how to turn on the server or do some devops stuf. Everything is doable without specific knowledge within couple clicks! Ta-da and you're live and can share the API docs with everyone!
- There is a good documentation with everything the new user need to start.
